3. Cabs that are booked for outstation and local.
4. The driver will wait for the customer on the travel date for not more than 60 minutes from his pick up time in a case the customer
does not inform the driver on the delay,after 60 minutes the booking will be considered as a case of
no show and full booking amount will be forfeited.
5. Cabulo promises that the data which we are entering will never be sold to any other business entity &
will be solely used for own promotional purposes.
6. After completion of booking a conformation will be sent through e-mail and mobile number which you have provided.
7. In case of vehicle accident/break-down the company will provide an alternate vehicle or will refund the advance deposit if booking cancelled.
8. All vehicles registered with Cabulo are continuously tracked using GPS for security reasons only.
9.Damaging or soiling the seats, causing harm to technical and non-technical devices and
other interiors of the cab is not permitted. Any expense arising of such activity will be levied upon the customer.
10.The driver has the right to refuse a request from customer where he is asked to break any government,
city police, RTO or traffic rules for any purpose. The driver can also refuse pick up of additional customer on the way,
if not informed during the booking time.
11. If the Customer leaves any luggage/belongings/goods in the taxi or has any complaint in respect of the services or the use of the taxi,
the Customer shall make a complaint in writing to Cabulo within 24 hours from such usage.
12. All drivers charges, Toll charges & other charges will be borne by customer only .
CANCELLATION POLICY :
1. If you cancel the booking 24 hours prior to the time of journey, full advance paid by you at time of booking will be refunded.
2. If you cancel before 8 hours of the journey, there will be no refund.
REFUND POLICY :
1. If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one amount will be refunded via same source within 07 to 10 working days
2. Refund will be initiated immediately and within 7 working days, it will reflect into your account.
